Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on cb889. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement in full.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and wager on cb889.
Each individual may hold only one active cb889 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional offers carry explicit wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions that are disclosed in full at the point of opt-in.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on cb889. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. cb889 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where we reasonably suspect that a User is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending KYC verification and any winnings accrued during that period may be voided.
2.2 Residency. The Services are primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. cb889 does not represent that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) employees, officers, contractors, or immediate family members of cb889 or any affiliated entity; (c) persons who have been placed on a self-exclusion list by cb889; (d) persons whose account has been permanently closed for cause.
2.4 Single Account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active Account. cb889 may merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and any associated balances at its sole discretion.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the Services, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a primary contact number.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cb889 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
3.3 KYC Verification. cb889 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (KTP), passport, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
3.4 Account Accuracy. You agree to promptly notify cb889 of any change in your registration details. Providing false information — including using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be designated as inactive. cb889 may deduct an inactivity maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month from dormant Account balances, following written notice to the registered email address.
cb889 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian banks and payment services: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Supported methods and their minimum/maximum limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for local bank transfers and e-wallets. The minimum deposit for USDT is USD 10 equivalent. cb889 does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their standard transaction fee.
Most local bank and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. cb889 does not guarantee real-time processing where delays arise from the banking institution's own infrastructure. cb889 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed by cb889's finance team during operational hours (WIB). Typical processing time is 1–24 hours following submission of a verified withdrawal request. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests: (a) the Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal is processed; (c) cb889 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal requests. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
All Account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless a USDT Account type has been selected. Currency conversion rates for USDT deposits and withdrawals are determined at the time of the transaction at the prevailing market rate plus a small processing spread.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers available on cb889 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and free spins — are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of offer. In all cases of conflict between general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion's terms and displayed in your Account's Bonus section.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are limited to one per household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to permanent Account closure.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. cb889 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any winnings derived from a bonus, and close an Account where we reasonably believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including using irregular wagering patterns, coordinated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. cb889 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after the official start of an event; (b) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (c) the bet contravenes applicable rules or regulations.
6.2 Errors in Odds. In the event that cb889 publishes materially incorrect odds due to human error or system malfunction, cb889 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the stake to the User's Account. cb889's decision on the materiality of an odds error is final.
6.3 Lottery Draws. For togel products, official draw results as published by the relevant issuing authority constitute the final and binding result. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the official draw result. cb889 is not responsible for network outages that prevent a User from placing a bet before draw close.
6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting is subject to slight odds movement due to real-time game events. cb889 is not responsible for bet acceptance delays caused by internet latency on the User's side.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. cb889 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets and total daily winnings. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant product section of the Platform.
The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the cb889 Platform — including logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the property of cb889 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from cb889.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content on the Platform is provided under license from third-party software providers. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective provider.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
10.1 Service Availability. cb889 endeavors to maintain 99.8% platform uptime but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Services. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cb889 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cb889's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 90 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. cb889 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, governmental actions, or third-party payment processor failures.
11.1 Closure by User. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will lapse upon Account closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.2 Closure by cb889. cb889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time where: (a) prohibited conduct has been identified; (b) the Account has been used in breach of this Agreement; (c) required by law or regulatory authority; (d) the Account poses a fraud or money-laundering risk in the reasonable judgment of cb889's compliance team.
11.3 Effects of Termination. Upon Account closure for cause, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from breaching conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances legitimately acquired may be returned at cb889's discretion following satisfactory AML review.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cb889 holds its international gaming license. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws in Indonesia confer additional rights on Users that cannot be contractually waived.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indonesian law. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable in Indonesia, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
cb889 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email to the address on record and/or display a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
